• • Two qualified psychiatric opinions regarding mind continuity (“certified consent”)
  • Direct conversation with the ex vivo mind

• If two or more physicians have differing opinions regarding an ex vivo mind’s bona fides, a legal determination shall be mandatory and conclusive
